Returns / Exchange Information

CUSTOMER SERVICE (Exchange and Return) .We want you to be totally satisfied with your product and want to make sure that you have the correct product and size that is best for your climbing experience. Please read the following guidelines before sending any product back to us. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen in a reasonable time.

***There is a $10 Shipping and Handling Fee per item on all Returned / Exchanged Product.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

All sales are final. In order to guarantee the life saving integrity of the climbing gear we sell -- climbinggearspecials.com cannot accept returns on any life safety climbing or mountaineering equipment.

Unused Climbing Shoes can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 15 days from ship date. There are no Returns on Outlet Shoes ONLY Exchanges. Merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange minus the $10 Shipping and Handling Fee . We ask that you try them on inside your home in a clean environment before using them outdoors or at a climbing gym. If you need help determining whether or not you have the ideal size or model, call us and we'll be happy to help you.

Please return the product with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Email websales@climbinggearspecials.com for the RA Form. We highly recommend using a package tracking service. We are not responsible for shipments that we do not receive and that can not be tracked.
